The Plot

What would happen if fairytales, myths, and legends were real? I'm not talking about the sugar-coated versions that little kids would hear from their parents when they had trouble falling asleep. I'm referring to their much darker counterparts that they were meant to be. In Kanagawa, Japan, all of this is happening. The creatures of our nightmares are real. There are also heroes of legend, of course, but sometimes, even they can't save you. In a city that lives off of the mantra "hunt or be hunted", what will you do? Will you be a monster trying to make ends meet by hiding your true self? Will you be a human hunting the beasts that kept you up at night? Or are you one of the real monsters who only find pleasure when others are in pain?

In the real world, not everything is black and white. Will you follow the herd or make a difference?

If you've seen the TV show Grimm, then this might seem a bit familiar. However, while that series might have been a source of inspiration. It would be wrong to call us a Grimm RPG because while he have canon groups, there are no canon characters.
